Ben Massing doesn't want you to look... if your GAY!

Sure you have but if you looked at it and your gay watch out you might get sued by Ben Massing himself! That's right this model who was photographed by world renowned and gay photographer Rick Day is suing him and the magazine Genre for placing his photos in a gay publication which he considered "cruel and vulgar". Now I'm not sure about this but I would think that as a model you would want to have the recognition of just about anyone?! Since Massings hates being looked at by gay men he will now be modeling for none other than... wait for it... Abercrombie and Fitch. Hummmmm I don't know any gay men that look at their catalogs do you?
We want to know what you think! Do models have a right to sue over photos that are published in gay publications (if a release form was signed)? Did Ben Massing commit modeling career suicide? Let us know just comment!

I don't think he can sue. Well he can, but I don't think he could win. I believe, as a model you have no rights to actual photographs. They belong to the photographer and the model signs a release form giving the photographer the right to do whatever he wants with them.
