Countdown to 2009 - Top 9 men's underwear and men's swimwear trends!

We are getting closer to the midnight hour and that means our #1 men's underwear trend of 2008.  But here are our #2 & #3 trends! 

2.  Celebrities and Underwear

Last year in 2007 it was Porn Stars and underwear this year in 2008 the underwear companies have up-graded some to bigger stars and some to stars that have just broken out.  We have seen David Beckham and his much debated bulge this year in Emporio Armani , Djimon Hounsou African-American Actor turned Calvin Klein model, Michael Phelps the human fish and Olympic Gold Medalist touting the Speedo brand underwear, Alan Ritchson from Smallville and American Idol showed off his goods in the ultra sexy N2N and breakout star Justin Gaston who modeled for International Jock and then landed on Nashville Star and Miley Cyrus to boot... not to mention his upcoming gig with Ginch Gonch.  This has been a huge year for fame and underwear to meet and is making way for bigger stars to hopefully showoff in their underwear!

3.  Bold Underwear Waistbands

Bold waistbands have become popular and I think it is great that companies are making their waistbands bold and graphic.  With wide lettering, dual tone waistbands and a more graphic approach to showing people what your wearing under those low slung jeans!  Brands like C-IN2, ES Collection, Timoteo and aussieBum have all put their unique brand on your waistband to show the world what your wearing!
